Job summary

Experience with Sage 50 is beneficial, and the role requires self-management, flexibility, and the ability to contribute across the finance function within a small team.

Qualifications

• Solid bookkeeping experience, including day-to-day ledger processing and reconciliations.
• Ability to work independently in a small/SME environment.
• Willingness to take on varied tasks and support the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Raising customer invoices and delivery notes daily.
• Managing the invoice factoring process.
• Daily monitoring of bank accounts and cashflow.
• Payroll administration and collating weekly hours.
• Matching invoices and allocating payments in Sage.
