Job summary

Fashion & Retail Personnel is seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser for a leading luxury brand on a freelance, immediate-start temporary basis. The role is fully office-based at the head office.

You will support trading analysis, update WSSI/stock plans, manage intake and stock movement, and prepare weekly sales reports, with a strong focus on Excel and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser within fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas essential).
• Confident working with large data sets and reporting to tight deadlines.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Immediately available and able to commit to a full-time office-based role.

Responsibilities

A leading luxury brand is seeking an experienced Assistant Merchandiser to join their head office team on an immediate start temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-profile environment supporting the merchandising function across key product categories. Due to the nature of the role, this position is fully office-based (no hybrid working).
