Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and payroll administration.
• Proficient in bank reconciliations and payments processing.

Responsibilities

• Complete bank reconciliations, ensuring records are accurate.
• Process and manage supplier payments and payment runs.
• Support reconciliation of corporate credit cards and staff expenses.
• Assist with payroll administration and timely payments.
• Monitor finance inboxes and respond to queries.
• Support the wider finance team with ad hoc projects.
• Assist with the transition to new accounting systems.
• Identify issues and proactively resolve them.
