The Chair will:
  • Provide strong leadership, strategic vision
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Demonstrate experience in building and maintaining productive partnerships
  • Analyse complex information and provide robust scrutiny and challenge
  • Have detailed understanding of relevant regulations
  • Have the ability to ensure all partner agencies on the Board collaborate effectively to safeguard adults, promote their welfare and improve outcomes

The role is for 25 days per year.
