Capita TV Licensing in Tunbridge Wells is recruiting a Field Officer to visit homes across TN1-4, TN23-29 and TN34-40. Working independently, you'll manage your own daily schedule, visiting addresses where no TV licence is recorded and helping customers understand their licensing obligations.Key responsibilities include:Visiting residential addresses throughout the TN1-4, TN23-29 and TN34-40 postcode areasSpeaking with customers professionally and respectfullyExplaining TV Licensing requirements and available optionsSetting up payment plans where appropriateRecording visit outcomes accurately using mobile technologyMaking informed decisions and working independently in the fieldOccasionally attending court as part of the enforcement processYou'll start and finish your day from home, travelling locally using either a company vehicle or your own vehicle.
