£30,000 - £32,000 per year + uncapped commission & bonus scheme

We're seeking an ambitious and dynamic Telesales Team Leader with a passion for sales, leadership, and driving success. If you're experienced in outbound sales management, have a talent for motivating teams and want to earn uncapped commission and bonuses, this is the opportunity for you!

You'll be responsible for building, training and leading a high-performing telesales team focused on outbound cold calling to business owners. Your team will identify opportunities, explain how our clients' innovative communication solutions can save businesses over 30% annually and set qualified appointments for field-based Business Executives.

Person Criteria:

1. Proven experience as a team leader or manager in outbound telesales or cold calling
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
3. Results-driven mindset and passion for exceeding targets
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. 2+ years in outbound sales or appointment setting (essential)
6. 1+ year in telesales management or team leadership (required)

1. Competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £32,000, depending on experience
2. Uncapped commission and bonus structure with realistic OTE of £50,000+
