Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Telesales Supervisor is responsible to lead, manage and motivate the Telesales team to achieve and exceed sales growth. Through the team, develop strong relationships with Customers, by providing expert knowledge and support and provide an exceptional Customer service experience.

Key activities include

  • Measure and coach Telesales team performance
  • Work closely with the Business Development Executives and Centre Managers, to ensure Customer promotions and campaigns are executed
  • Attend weekly 1 to 1’s with your Centre Manager
  • Conduct regular 1 to 1’s with the Telesales team
  • Support with recruitment of new Telesales Colleagues
  • Liaise with Warehouse team that all returns, and credit sales transactions are swiftly dealt with and authorised appropriately
  • Liaise with Accounts team to support with Customer account queries

Key Skills required

  • Be a confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally
  • Basic understanding of using a computer, full training of systems and software used will be provided
  • Be a ‘Team Player’
  • Previous experience of working in a supervisory or management position desirable
