Job Description:

V&C Associates are excited to be working with one of UK's fastest growing PropTech organisations, specializing in helping organizations reclaim overpaid business rates.

They are recruiting for a Senior Outbound Sales Specialist to drive and convert warm leads into sales quickly, reporting directly to the Sales Director.

The ideal candidate is a hungry, sales-driven professional with experience in telephone sales and engaging prospective clients.

The company offers a competitive basic salary with a realistic OTE of £85,000 plus.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize your sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software to drive revenue within your territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, including Business Process Analysis (BPA), Process Mining, and GRC tools.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing our value proposition and addressing their challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends related to business process analysis, process mining, and internal controls.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities.
  • Devise business plans and marketing strategies to support channel sales partners.
  • Forecast revenue accurately on various timeframes.
  • Develop KPIs and routines to review partner performance.
  • Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals.
Skills & Experience
  • At least 6+ years experience in Account Management within a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Tenacious cold calling and lead engagement skills.
  • An entrepreneurial, solutions-focused mindset with client-centric approach.
  • Strong interest in identifying client problems and providing solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise clients in SaaS as a Key Account or Reseller Manager.
  • Highly organized and analytical, with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Background in business administration, economics, information systems, or related fields may be preferred.
  • Experience as a “New Business Hunter” in related industries.
