Your Role

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the legal market, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle — from identifying opportunities and headhunting candidates to closing deals and hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
2. Source, interview, and assess top sales candidates across various industries
3. Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on client needs
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
5. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
6. Keep up to date with market trends and provide expert advice to clients and candidates
