Job description

Are you a confident, outgoing individual who thrives on telephone outreach and enjoys engaging with businesses? Visualsoft is seeking a dedicated Telesales Representative to join our Demand Generation team, working collaboratively across our Sales and Brand Marketing teams.

In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to businesses to generate interest in Visualsoft's marketing and ecommerce solutions and secure attendees for our exclusive events. You'll play a key role in supporting prospective business opportunities by identifying potential leads and passing them to the sales team to continue the conversation.

This is an office-based role to be based from our HQ in Stockton-on-Tees, therefore the successful candidate must be within commutable distance for everyday travel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with prospects to understand their marketing needs and generate interest in our solutions.
  2. Work closely with the Sales and Brand Marketing teams to support business growth initiatives.
  3. Accurately record prospect details and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
  4. Make outbound calls to businesses to promote Visualsoft events and drive attendance.
  5. Represent the Visualsoft brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Requirements

  1. Must be based in Stockton and able to work onsite.
  2. Confident Communicator: A natural people person with a professional and engaging telephone manner.
  3. Team Player: Comfortable collaborating across departments to drive business success.
  4. Detail-oriented: Able to track and manage prospect interactions effectively.
  5. Resilient & Target-Driven: Motivated to meet outreach and event registration targets.
  6. Experience in a similar telesales or customer-facing role.
