Telesales Representative – OTE £35,000 per year (uncapped commission + base salary £24,200 + benefits)

We design, manufacture, and install our award winning Stiltz Homelifts, empowering our customers to regain independence and rediscover the joy of movement in their own homes.

Role: Telesales Representative – warranties — you will be part of our dyanamic Warranties telesales team based in Guiseley, Leeds, building relationships and influencing with warm leads to secure warranty package sales. No cold calling!

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage your own leads: identify and canvass customers within our existing leads database through proactive self-diarising and lead management.
  • Analyse system generated lead reports, uncover valuable sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated by our Senior Warranty Sales Representatives, closing deals and exceeding expectations.
  • Utilise your excellent communication skills to negotiate and close sales on extended warranty packages.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by actively listening and understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively reporting any outstanding product related issues to our Service & Breakdown department, demonstrating exceptional customer service.

Location and hours

The role is fully office based Mon - Fri and located within our Consumer Sales team in Guiseley (LS20 8LG), Leeds.
