What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads across SME and individual markets
  • Booking qualified appointments for our Advisors to close
  • Using a consultative approach to understand client needs and open up opportunities
  • Working to achievable KPIs with uncapped earning potential
  • Representing Cransford with professionalism, energy, and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with telesales or phone-based experience (PMI/insurance ideal but not essential)
  • Hungry to earn and grow within a company that rewards effort and results
  • Confident communicator with natural rapport-building skills
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive — this role needs someone who wants to go places
