As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as a Telesales Operator.

The successful candidate will be based at Drinks Inc. This role is permanent, full-time, and involves a 37.5-hour workweek.

You will be part of a dedicated team providing excellent customer-focused service in an environment where your input is valued, and development needs are met.

The purpose of the role is to process orders within specified timescales to meet customer requirements, ensure accuracy in product entry, promote cross-selling of products on promotions and new offerings to a large portfolio of existing customers.

Reporting to the Team Lead in each division, the responsibilities include:

  • Actively promote and market the Musgrave/Drinks Inc. product range to new and existing customers.
  • Ensure customer retention and business growth through exceptional customer service.
  • Processing orders efficiently.
  • Inform customers about sales promotions.
  • Support Business Development Managers with pricing, cold calling, and upselling.
  • Handle administrative duties such as logging on Remedy, opening new accounts, and supporting contract reviews.
