Overview

Do you have experience leading a team in a fast paced KPI driven environment within sales or a high workload customer service environment? If so we have a fantastic opportunity for you here, to join a successful insurance broking group that is owner led and who offer a genuinely great place to work for those who wish to progress their career.

It s an exciting time to be joining them in their Stockton office, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future. As part of these plans, they have been growing their business development team (which now sits at 8) and are now looking for someone who can come in and manage and lead this team forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage the telesales team, monitor team and individual performance, and set weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Compile and present reports and lead by example, including calling and securing prospects.
• Report into the Head of Sales & Marketing of the group.
• Play a key role in recruitment as the team grows from 8 to 12, including involvement in interviewing and decision making on hires.

Salary and Benefits

Salary on offer is GBP35-40k basic plus bonus (Circa GBP5k pa)

Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with flexi time options (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm).
