Up to £35000.00 per annum + + Commission

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for performance and results? If so we are recruiting for a Sales Team Leader to guide, motivate, and develop a team of up to 10 Advisors. You'll be instrumental in driving inbound and outbound sales while shaping our customer retention and cross-sell strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead, coach, and support a high-performing sales team

Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed sales targets

Provide clear, actionable MI to stakeholders and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience

Uphold compliance and quality standards while keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do
