About the Role

You will be part of the prestigious Academy of Excellence, a department within Phoenix dedicated to offering world-class training for aspiring close protection operatives (bodyguards). As a Telesales Executive, your main responsibility will be converting hot leads and recent enquiries into successful sales for our flagship Phoenix Close Protection Course. No prior industry experience is required—full training is provided to help you excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert warm leads and enquiries into sales via outbound calls.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on your sales pipeline.
  • Prioritise and prospect leads to maximise conversions.
  • Promote incentives and marketing campaigns enthusiastically.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Accurately process sales orders and generate reports as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Pay: £26,000.00-£55,000.00 with OTE per year

  • Monday to Friday
