Overview

We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our expanding business development team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of financial services. You'll be responsible for generating new business, managing relationships with professional introducers, and engaging directly with clients to promote our specialist finance solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via telesales through professional introducers and direct clients.
  • Relationship Management
  • Initiate contact via phone and email to build rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers such as property developers, accountants, solicitors, brokers and other professionals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries.
  • Guide clients and introducers through the loan process from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Sales Promotion & Pitching
  • Confidently promote services and specialist finance products over the phone.
  • Communicate new product developments and service enhancements.
  • Provide up to date information and book appointments for the Chief Commercial Officer
  • Business Development
  • Research organisations and decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
  • Sales Operations
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team when necessary
  • Reporting & CRM
  • Maintain accurate records in the internal CRM system.
  • Provide regular feedback to management via phone and email.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
  • Proven telesales or business development experience (preferably in financial services)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
