Overview
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our expanding business development team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of financial services. You'll be responsible for generating new business, managing relationships with professional introducers, and engaging directly with clients to promote our specialist finance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via telesales through professional introducers and direct clients.
- Relationship Management
- Initiate contact via phone and email to build rapport and arrange meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers such as property developers, accountants, solicitors, brokers and other professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enquiries.
- Guide clients and introducers through the loan process from initial enquiry to completion.
- Sales Promotion & Pitching
- Confidently promote services and specialist finance products over the phone.
- Communicate new product developments and service enhancements.
- Provide up to date information and book appointments for the Chief Commercial Officer
- Business Development
- Research organisations and decision-makers to uncover new opportunities.
- Sales Operations
- Collaborate with the underwriting team when necessary
- Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate records in the internal CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback to management via phone and email.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Proven telesales or business development experience (preferably in financial services)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of specialist finance or professional introducer networks is a plus
