The Role of Telesales Executive

  • This is an office-based telesales role working as part of a dynamic, sociable team.
  • Office hours are 8am-5pm.
  • You will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • This role involves a mix of business development outbound calls and handling incoming inquiries.
  • You will make calls from the company's CRM system, approaching small to medium-sized customers to sell commercial waste service contracts.
  • This is an entry-level role where the Telesales Executive will receive full training.
  • You will make outbound calls to SMEs, uncover customer needs, and sell features and benefits.
  • You will use your relationship-building skills to develop relationships with decision-makers, typically business owners or managers.
  • Customer details will be provided via CRM to help organize and update your activities.
