Job Description:

We are looking for ambitious and experienced Part-Time and Full-Time salespeople to join our client's Media Planning and Buying Agency in Manchester, located at their trendy media hub, which features a cafe, free table tennis, and fusbal tables. They are one of the leading and fastest-growing Out of Home media companies in Manchester, offering a hybrid flexible working schedule for the right candidate who wishes to work from home a few days a week.

About the Company

Our client's portfolio includes HD digital screens and traditional media in key out-of-home locations, as well as in national and regional leisure centres and health clubs. The portfolio is expanding rapidly both regionally and nationally. They are seeking talented salespeople to develop the portfolio further and offer excellent promotion opportunities.

About the Role

The Telesales Executive will set appointments for the field sales team to promote media buying and planning services. Focused on digital strategies, this role offers additional commission opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Selling advertising across digital screens and traditional media
  • Managing existing accounts and developing new business
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team
  • Collaborating with sales support and IT to generate leads
  • Writing customized proposals for products across the portfolio
  • Maintaining sales activities in CRM and providing revenue and forecast reports weekly
  • Developing market awareness and monitoring competitors
  • Selling digital platforms including programmatic display, Digital Audio, Connected TV, and video

About You

Previous advertising experience is not essential, but you must be hardworking and tenacious with at least 2 years of telesales experience. Key qualities include:

  • Proven B2B or media sales success in meeting/exceeding KPIs
  • Client-focused with proactive sales approach
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Tenacious, ambitious, and forward-thinking
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Hours & Rewards

The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £20,000 plus uncapped earnings through commissions, with potential total earnings of up to £50,000.
