Job Description:

We are looking for ambitious and experienced Part-Time and Full-Time salespeople to join our client's Media Planning and Buying Agency in Manchester, located at their trendy media hub with amenities such as a cafe, free table tennis, and fusbal tables. They are a leading and rapidly growing Out of Home media company in Manchester. A hybrid flexible working schedule may be considered for the right candidate, allowing some work from home.

About the Company

Our client's portfolio includes HD digital screens and traditional media in key out-of-home locations, leisure centres, and health clubs. The portfolio is expanding regionally and nationally. They are seeking talented salespeople to promote their portfolio to local and regional businesses, offering excellent promotion opportunities.

About the Role

The Telesales Executive will set appointments for the field sales team to promote media buying and planning services. Focused on digital strategies, this role offers additional commission opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Selling advertising across digital screens and traditional media
  • Managing existing accounts and developing new business
  • Setting appointments for the sales team
  • Collaborating with sales support and IT to generate leads
  • Writing tailored proposals for products across the portfolio
  • Maintaining sales activities in CRM and providing revenue and sales forecasts weekly
  • Developing market awareness and tracking competitor activities
  • Selling digital platforms including programmatic display, Digital Audio, Connected TV, and video

About You

Previous advertising experience is not essential. The ideal candidate is hardworking, tenacious, with at least 2 years of telesales experience, and possesses:

  • Experience in B2B or media sales with a successful track record
  • Client-focused with proactive sales approach
  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Tenacious, ambitious, and forward-thinking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Hours & Rewards

The role offers a competitive basic salary of up to £20,000 plus uncapped earnings with a realistic commission structure, potentially earning up to £50,000.
