Responsibilities
As a Telesales Executive, your primary focus will be lead generation, prospect qualification, and ensuring accurate database management. You will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying and engaging decision-makers within prospective organisations.
  2. Generating high-quality and relevant sales appointments in line with targets.
  3. Managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  4. Supporting sales personnel by providing insights and reporting on campaign performance.
  5. Following up on inbound leads and marketing activities to maximise conversion opportunities.
  6. Representing Whistl professionally and contributing to a positive brand image.

Essential Skills
We are looking for motivated individuals who possess the following skills and experience:

  1. Proven experience in telephone lead generation and sales.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  3. A positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections.
  4. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
  6. A self-starting approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Minimum five GCSEs (or equivalent), with good written and numerical skills.

Previous experience in postal, package, or direct marketing services is an advantage but not essential.
