Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting several Telesales Executives for a client based in Belfast City Centre.

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers across a wide spectrum of industries in the UK, and you will be selling, and cross-selling products and services,

Working for a highly reputable company will give you the training and confidence to make and close the sale. Telephone sales experience is essential for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers, selling, cross-selling and up-selling the clients products and services
  • Building professional relationships with customers
  • Working to and achieving telesales targets and KPI`s



PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Previous outbound telesales experience is ideal but people with sales experience from other areas will be considered
  • Experience of asking open and probing questions
  • An ambitious and charismatic individual who is self-motivated and resilient
  • Be target orientated and self-motivated
  • Be comfortable working towards KPI`s and targets


PACKAGE AND BENEFITS

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
  • 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 34 after 4 years
  • Salary 26k with uncapped commission
