We are working with a successful Technology Services business in Newcastle that is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team.

As a Telesales Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying potential business opportunities and target markets
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Promoting products or services over the phone
• Handling customer inquiries and providing product or service information
• Closing sales and achieving targets
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities

Qualifications and skills required:

• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience
• Good understanding of sales techniques
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
• Additional sales or telesales training
• Experience in the IT or internet industry is a bonus but not essential

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £25,000, depending on experience, plus excellent bonus earning potential.
