DPD UK is seeking a Telesales Executive to maximise sales by generating high quality appointments for Field Sales Executives. You will be part of a busy team in Motherwell, with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) after training, supporting a fast-paced, growing parcel delivery provider.

Role requires outbound calling experience, excellent communication, CRM familiarity (Salesforce), and a target-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calls, B2B or B2C.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven.
• Ability to engage with key decision makers.

Responsabilités

• Generate appointments for FSEs by identifying new business opportunities.
• Gather information and update Salesforce with potential opportunities.
• Contact potential customers to secure appointment commitments.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping requirements and contact details.
• Update and maintain internal systems.
• Liaise with FSEs and Sales Managers; promote products and services.

Job Description

Our National Telesales and Direct Sales Manager is currently recruiting for a first class Telesales Executive to join her highly experienced Telesales team.

As a Telesales Executive your primary accountability will be to maximise sales opportunities by generating high quality prospect appointments for our Field Sales Executives (FSE’s)

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Generate appointments for the FSE’s by:
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Gathering comprehensive information relating to the potential new business opportunity and updating Salesforce
  • Contacting potential customers to gain commitment to an appointment
• Achieve daily and weekly targets
• Maintain accurate and timely records of the prospect’s shipping requirements and contact details
• Update and maintain all internal systems
• Liaise with FSE’s and Sales Managers
• Promote Company products and services along with the benefits to potential customers

Qualifications

About You

To excel in this role you will ideally need to have prior outbound calls experience either Business to Business or Business to Consumer. Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written are essential.

• Knowledge of navigating CRM systems or databases
