Along with a salary of £25,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including uncapped commission (OTE £45,000 per annum), free onsite parking, no weekend work and a pension scheme!
What youll be doing as Telesales Executive:
Forget endless cold calling. You'll be working with warm leads, engaging customers who are genuinely interested in what you have to offer.
Your mission? To build rapport, provide expert guidance, and close deals. Your personality and passion for helping people will be your greatest assets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting warm leads to discuss their training needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of the product range, including course content, pricing, and benefits.
  • Guiding potential customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Establishing rapport with potential customers, building trust, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time role, Monday-Thursday, 10:30-19:00 and Friday, 09:30-18:00.
