Job Scope:
Handle warm leads provided exclusively by OCBC, engaging existing bank customers.
Promote and recommend Great Eastern insurance products based on customers' needs and profiles.
Persuade, consult, and convert potential customers through effective communication and needs-based selling.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
Ensure compliance with bank, company, and regulatory policies in all customer interactions.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market developments, and internal processes.
Requirements:
Prior sales experience in industries such as telco (e.g., Singtel), IT sales, Mio TV, or any consultative selling environment.
Strong consultative, upselling, and conversion skills.
Candidates with PGI, BCP, and HI certifications will be considered for a higher basic salary; candidates without certifications are welcome, with training provided.
Bilingual candidates (Mandarin and/or Malay) are preferred due to customer demographics, but this is not mandatory.
