Responsibilities
  • Identifying and engaging decision-makers within prospective organisations.
  • Generating high-quality and relevant sales appointments in line with targets.
  • Managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  • Supporting sales personnel by providing insights and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Following up on inbound leads and marketing activities to maximise conversion opportunities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in telephone lead generation and sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • A positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
  • A self-starting approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum five GCSEs (or equivalent), with good written and numerical skills.
  • Previous experience in postal, package, or direct marketing services is an advantage but not essential.
