Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive based in Northampton to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary: £32,000
Location: Northampton
Type of Contract: permanent
Hours: 37.5 hour working week

Responsibilities

• Using an existing database of prospective clients to call for new customer acquisition.
• Cold calling from an extensive database.
• Identify and create opportunities via referrals and data mining.
• Develop product knowledge on electronic equipment.
• Work closely with the internal sales team to create new opportunities and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and cold calling experience.
• Resilient under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with confidence in completing cold calls.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude with a sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering results.
