Telesales Executive | £25k plus uncapped commission | Ripley, DE5
Fully office based | Monday to Friday

Cherry Professional are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join a dynamic sales team based in Ripley, Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers using warm leads, promoting the business products/services, and closing sales. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales!

What we’re looking for:

  1. Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a similar role
  2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  3. Strong ability to handle objections and close deals
  4. Goal-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

The finer elements of the role include:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales from a database of very warm leads
  2. Present and promote company products/services to potential clients
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  4. Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions
  5. Convert prospects into sales
  6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  7. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
