Overview

Internal Sales Executive - Derby role: Telesales Executive at TieTalent. Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:45am - 5:15pm). Salary: £25,000 basic salary + Bonus. OTE £31K+ (uncapped commission).

Responsibilities

• Following up on inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads (warm leads).


• Understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.


• Building and nurturing relationships via phone, email, and CRM tools.


• Managing and updating the sales pipeline in our CRM.


• Hitting and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.


• Collaborating with account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
