Role

They are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join the team. Your primary role will be to promote and sell boiler and heating maintenance contracts and make follow-up calls to customers who have already received quotations from the team. Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote maintenance contract services.
  • Follow up on quotations sent by surveyors and engineers to convert leads into sales.
  • Build strong customer relationships through friendly, professional, and persistent communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and queries confidently and effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous telesales or customer service experience (ideally in a similar industry or B2C environment).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and results‑driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm
