We are recruiting telesales executives for a large, nationally renowned haulage & logistics firm based in Trafford Park. The role involves working within a pre-generated business pipeline to support field sales personnel, aiming to maximise business profitability and engagement.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting potential business owners and sales candidates through internal call-back and quota systems.
- Conducting high-quality B2B conversations to identify business needs and demonstrate our services' value.
- Meeting and exceeding daily targets for call time and appointments booked.
- Maintaining a low appointment cancellation rate through strong engagement.
- Generating new leads, securing appointments, and gaining referrals via consistent outreach.
- Achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Building, managing, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Keeping Salesforce updated with accurate client and lead information.
- Working strategically with campaign data, focusing on targeted sectors and lead sources.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment that rewards high performance.

- Proven B2B sales experience with lead generation and conversion skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, confident engaging decision-makers.
