Our client is one of the UK’s leading travel companies and has been trading for over thirty years.

They are recruiting a Telesales Consultant which will ideally suit dynamic, highly motivated, customer-oriented, enthusiastic, telesales-focused individuals.

You must not be afraid to handle objections, can confidently close, and achieve results.

In the role, you will be dealing with callers who are responding to adverts they have seen in the media.

You need to turn flight enquiries into tailor-made bookings (the more products sold, the more money earned).

You must have the ability to develop excellent relationships and build ongoing accounts and future business with both leisure and corporate clients.

Account management and business development skills would also be an advantage.

You will be selling the most beautiful places in the world; your own travel experiences will be useful. Over time, you will be building your own client base.

• Manage all the travel needs of clients calling in for flights
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Work competently and exceed set targets

• Welcome all telephone calls with enthusiasm and meet client’s needs
• Be responsible for advising and selling an extensive range of travel products
• Attend regular product and sales training sessions
• Report to manager on a regular basis with sales figures
