Salary:

Competitive base salary plus commission ranging from £30k-£40k, depending on experience

Our client is a reputable company specializing in fire protection and sprinkler systems, dedicated to improving safety and safeguarding properties. As a Telesales Operative, you will be essential in promoting their services, growing their client base, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to the company's fire protection and sprinkler solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of the company's fire suppression systems, sprinkler installations, and related services.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential customers, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about the company's offerings.

Requirements:
