Department: Sales (Home Cleaning Services)



Reporting Structure: Operations Manager



Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Consultant to join our clients' sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting warm leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.



Benefits:




  • Salary: R6000 - R7500 per month, depending on experience, + Incentives

  • 40 days paid holidayannually

  • Untaken annual leave will automatically roll over to the following year

  • Fully remote working (own laptop essential)



Important information:




  • Shift work will be required

  • The successful incumbent will be required to work 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift per month – this will be compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekend work.Close sales and achieve monthly targets(General Clean, End of Tendency and Deep Cleans)

  • Shift coverage over the festive period will be required



Responsibilities:




  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services

  • Identify customer needs and provide information about products or services

  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets(General Clean, End of Tendency and Deep Cleans)

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers

  • Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales



Qualifications:




  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar role

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • Strong sales and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office,CRM software and booking systems
