Our client, a leading player in the chilled packaging industry, is on an exciting journey. Due to continued success, they are looking to add to their team by appointing a Telesales and Customer Service Executive.

As a Telesales and Customer Service Executive, you will work closely with internal teams to proactively increase sales of products, focusing on securing new business.

  • Conduct outbound telesales to sell the full chilled packaging range.
  • Organise & manage daily call plans to meet KPIs.
  • Respond to email campaign interests and website sample enquiries.
  • Report on success and identify prospects.
  • Influence customers to win business and cross-sell products.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with KPIs.
  • Maintain market and competitor knowledge.
  • Handle inbound customer calls.
  • Liaise with sales reps, customers, branches, and suppliers.
  • Issue information and process customer orders.
  • Deal with queries related to orders and costings.
  • Update orders, prices, and confirmations in the system.
  • Assist with month-end processes.
  • Update stock levels and report figures to customers.

About You:
