Job description

DBR Group, acting as Recruitment Agency, are recruiting for 2 experienced Telesales and Customer Service Advisor’s,for our very well established and renowned client based in Chadderton, Middleton, Manchester.

Our client is a UK distributor of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks. They deliver more than just drinks and deliver genuine excellence in service to over 15,500 UK customers. They are more than just a distributor, becoming the fastest growing privately owned company in Britain. Providing the best customer service in the industry, employing over 1,300 people, at 16 depots across the UK, with a support centre and hub distribution centres based in Manchester.

About the Job

To complete a daily out bound diary, building relationships with Customers, whilst work on retaining existing accounts, reporting technical faults on behalf of customers, up selling on certain products and introducing new lines. Taking a high volume of incoming calls which include customer complaints, queries, orders etc, contacting potential customers, order processing and arranging deliveries.

You will be working full time as a telesales and customer service advisor on a 12-week temporary to permanent position.

Responsibilities:

·To ensure high standards of customer service, taking and inputting orders efficiently and accurately.

·Have the ability to convert incoming calls to planned out-bound calls.

·To have a clear and personable telephone manner.

·Take ownership of solving customer issues through pro-active customer service.

·To promote the sale of our drinks own brand product.

·To retain strong relationships with account managers, helping them in acquiring new business and assisting with their administration needs.

·Building relationships with weekly telesales customers, being a regular point of contact.

·To promote from our promotional brochure and up sell specific drives.

·Understanding the need to target specific customers with products that are relevant to them.

·Be responsible for certain administration duties within the office; confirmation, sorting the post, filing, processing orders etc.

·Plan calls and target GAP’s in supply using relevant systems.

Knowledge and Experience

·Excellent customer service skills.

·Use of Microsoft excel for spreadsheets and records.

·Ability to use the trinity system.

·Good teamwork skills.

·Good communication and relationship building skills.

·Good product knowledge.

Shift Patterns (5 days over 7) 40 Hrs:

·Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

·Saturday – 8 am to 2 pm

·Sunday – 6 am to 12 pm

Remuneration:

  • £24,000 per annum

Bonus £2,000:

Jan, Feb, Mar - £250

Apr, May, Jun - £250

Jul, Aug, Sept - £250

Oct, Nov, Dec - £1,250
