As a Telesales Agent, you'll be on the phones every day-handling high volumes of warm inbound and outbound calls on behalf of UK estate agents. You'll guide customers through setting up household utilities like broadband, energy, and more, offering top-tier brands including Sky, Virgin, and TalkTalk.

We're looking for money-motivated individuals with at least one year of proven sales experience who are confident, resilient, and thrive on building rapport over the phone. You'll need to hit targets, manage your own KPIs, and deliver an outstanding customer experience with every call.

This role suits someone who enjoys a fun, competitive team environment and is looking to grow within a supportive, performance-driven structure. There's real opportunity to develop and progress for those who are proactive and eager to learn.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (with 1 late a week until 6.30pm),

You will be required to work 2 Saturdays and they are on a rota basis between the hours of 9:00am - 1:00pm
