Warranty Telesales Advisor required for a Used Car Supermarket

Salary GBP20,280 Per Annum + Commission with an OTE of GBP30,000

WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE
30 hours per week (Monday-Saturday)

We're looking for a motivated, self-disciplined Telesales Advisor to join our home-based team, focused on selling vehicle warranties to customers who didn't purchase an extended warranty at point of sale.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to offer extended vehicle warranties
• Sell policies on either a monthly rolling subscription or 12-month Gold cover policy
• Promote a comprehensive warranty that covers parts, labour, VAT, and mechanical/electrical failures
• Provide flexible solutions, allowing customers to use local approved repairers
• Hit monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Experience in telesales or outbound call environments
• Knowledge of the motor industry and vehicle warranty sales
• Strong communicator with a customer-first approach
• Motivated, organised, and able to work independently from home
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results

Although Work From Home is available for this role, it would be preferable that Candidates live within a reasonable commute of Hinckley for training purposes.
