Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent on a temporary to permanent basis for an established wholesaler based in Wolverhampton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting new, lapsed, and existing customers to generate sales, provide product information, and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contact new, lapsed, and existing customers via phone to introduce our furniture products and services.
  2. Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  6. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
  7. Inform customers about special promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
Experience:
  1. Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
  2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  6. Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to sales.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. High level of integrity and professionalism.

This is an office-based position working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
