Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and provide expert advice, ensuring a positive experience for all callers.
  • Accurately input data, maintain comprehensive records, and generate reports to support operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate various departments, facilitating smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Provide timely updates and essential information to Housing Officers to assist in their roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong focus on interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong skills in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Willingness to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends.


Educational Background:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs graded A-C is required.
  • Background Check: An AccessNI check will be necessary for this role.

Working Conditions

  • Hours: 0800 - 1700, with variable shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday. Times of work may change, must be fully flexible
  • An hourly rate of £11.59, paid weekly.
  • Fully office based.
