About The Role

Would you like to use your interpersonal skills over the telephone to provide vital support and information about services to people affected by dementia?

As a Telephone Support Volunteer, you will assist individuals living with dementia, those affected by dementia, or people worried about their memory to connect with available support and services. You will offer a tailored service based on each person's needs, interests, abilities, history, and personality. You will be a key contact for service users, ensuring continuous support when they need it most.
