Overview

Role: Office based Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming queries by receiving phone calls, emails, portal, and live chats.
  • Respond to these within the agreed target time and meet any agreed personal targets.
  • Diagnose, log, action and follow through to resolution of cases, including escalations, whilst keeping the customer informed of progress.
  • Ensure cases are kept up to date and outstanding cases are managed in line with agreed demarcations.
