Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Part-time considered. Salary: £25,000

What We Need from Yü
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Negotiating with customers: Resolve overdue debts while maintaining positive relationships.
- Developing payment solutions: Understand customers’ financial situations and negotiate sustainable payment plans.
- Managing debt recovery: Progress cases efficiently, prioritize higher-risk cases, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborating with teams: Work closely with internal and external teams for a unified approach.
- Providing updates: Prepare management reports on your performance and success.

- Strong Negotiation Skills: Skilled at negotiating win-win solutions and managing sensitive conversations.
- Previous Experience: Experience as a Telephone Collections Agent, Credit Controller, or Collections Advisor is beneficial, but strong negotiation and customer service skills are essential.
- Energy Industry Knowledge: Helpful but not essential; ability to resolve financial issues is most important.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, able to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Detail-oriented, curious, and able to find solutions and improve processes.
