Telephone and Digital Debt Adviser - Lincoln

We are looking for a well organised trainee or fully competent Debt Caseworker to join our new national call centre. The successful candidate will undertake relevant training to provide an in-depth casework service to clients, working on telephone and digital services. This will include full support and development offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth debt casework services to clients via telephone and digital channels.
• Participate in relevant training and ongoing development opportunities.
• Support clients through the debt advice process and coordinate with team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of money and debt advice, or transferable skills that meet standards set by the Financial Conduct Authority, Money Advice and Pensions Service, and other relevant bodies.
• Ability to prioritise cases and manage a full caseload efficiently.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ideally, experience working with clients in a financial setting; however, transferable skills and potential are welcome to apply.
