We’re recruiting for a Telephone Account Manager Development Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. This is a hybrid position. Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building strong business relationships? Join our Group Protection Distribution team as a Telephone Account Manager and help us deliver outstanding service and results to our intermediary partners. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving goals and making a difference.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing relationships with a panel of intermediary accounts
  • Promoting Group Protection products and propositions
  • Delivering new business and retention targets
  • Developing account strategies using market intelligence
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations
  • Responding to pre-renewal enquiries and gathering key information
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and competitors
  • Handling customer queries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications - Who we're looking for:
  • Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or sales support
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of market conditions
  • Knowledge of Group Protection products (desirable)
