Location: Coulsdon
Full Time | Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (flexible working hours considered)

We're looking for a passionate Telemarketer to join a fast-growing, £35 million turnover business in the building services industry. This is a brand-new team, created as part of our next phase of rapid growth. You'll play a key role in building client relationships, supporting our Business Development team, and driving commercial success through high-quality CPD bookings.

What You'll Do:

1. Proactively contact potential specifiers daily to schedule CPD sessions that support client engagement and drive business development.
2. Follow up on marketing-generated leads, converting them into meaningful CPD bookings.
3. Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and bookings using our CRM system.
4. Collaborate with BD and Marketing teams to align your strategy with campaigns and lead channels, helping us maximise every opportunity.
5. Provide ongoing feedback and insights from CPD sessions to optimise our approach and outcomes.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

1. Experience in a Marketing role.
2. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
3. Creativity and initiative—you bring ideas, not just execution.
4. A good grasp of business strategy.
5. A qualification in Marketing or a related Business field.
