Salary: Competitive Salary £36,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

We're looking for a passionate Telemarketer to join a fast-growing, £35 million turnover business in the building services industry. This is a brand-new team, created as part of our next phase of rapid growth. You'll play a key role in building client relationships, supporting our Business Development team, and driving commercial success through high-quality CPD bookings.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively contact potential specifiers daily to schedule CPD sessions that support client engagement and drive business development
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads, converting them into meaningful CPD bookings
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and bookings using our CRM system
• Collaborate with BD and Marketing teams to align your strategy with campaigns and lead channels, helping us maximise every opportunity
• Provide ongoing feedback and insights from CPD sessions to optimise our approach and outcomes

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• Experience in a Marketing role
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Creativity and initiative—you bring ideas, not just execution
• A good grasp of business strategy
• A qualification in Marketing or a related Business field

Desirable:

• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., design software, email marketing platforms)
