Job summary

Workshop Recruitment is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Telehandler Operator for a 1-week contract on a construction site near Chichester, starting 20 July 2026. The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS, NPORS, or CSCS card and have proven telehandler/forklift experience on construction sites with a full UK driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities include operating the telehandler/forklift, loading and distributing materials, performing daily checks, and supporting site

Qualifications

• Proven telehandler/forklift experience on construction sites
• Full UK driving licence and own transport

Responsibilities

• Safely operate telehandler/forklift to move materials around site
• Load, unload and distribute materials as directed
• Carry out daily machine checks and report defects
• Assist site teams with general duties when required
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Follow all site health and safety procedures
