Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are looking for an experienced Telehandler Driver to join a busy housing development in Newcastle. You will operate a telehandler safely and efficiently, assisting with material movements and supporting the wider site team with day-to-day construction activities.

The role requires a valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket, previous site experience, and a good understanding of health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket required.
• Previous telehandler experience on a construction site.
• Experience on construction sites is required.
• Must follow health and safety procedures.
• Reliable and punctual with PPE.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a telehandler safely and efficiently on a busy housing site.
• Load, unload and move materials around site.
• Assist trades and site management as required.
• Carry out daily checks of the telehandler.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clear and organized.
• Work as part of the wider site team.
